Quotes, fares, and availability

Fares and availability can change until a reservation is confirmed and payment is accepted. A quote is not a guarantee of price or availability. You are responsible for reviewing passenger names, dates, airports, itinerary details, fare restrictions, and the total price before authorizing a purchase.

Payments and service fees

Before a purchase, applicable charges should be disclosed, which may include the supplier’s fare, taxes, government charges, and any service or processing fee. By authorizing payment, you represent that you are permitted to use the selected payment method and authorize the disclosed charges.

Changes, cancellations, and refunds

Changes, cancellations, credits, and refunds are subject to the applicable airline or travel supplier rules. Some tickets may be nonrefundable or may require a fee and fare difference to change. Any BestFlightsBooking service fee may be separate from supplier penalties and may be nonrefundable once assistance has been provided, where permitted by law.

Traveler responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Obtaining passports, visas, health documents, and other required travel documents.
• Checking current entry requirements, airport rules, and airline policies.
• Arriving at the airport with enough time for check-in and security procedures.
